How else would you describe this delishio salad all from our garden?
Purple cabbage, purple thyme flowers, purple lavender.......Maybe "A Mouthful of Rainbow" would be better - after all, there are red and white radishes, yellow zuchinni, bright green chilli, light green cucumber....everything freshly picked and dressed with a mayonnaise made by J12. Tomatoes and basil with cracked black pepper and a splash of balsamic vinegar on the side.....mmmmmm. There's nothing like the smell of basil and tomato to welcome you to the vege patch!
(actually we ate all that last night at a BBQ with friends - tonight it's tomatoes, basil and olive oil drizzled over spaghetti noodles made with sprouted dehydrated buckwheat which I need to go and grind into flour)
